Grammar presentation: This,That,These,Those

Extension: Make the distinction between things that are close ( This / these ) and things which are distant ( that / those ) by setting up a classroom situation with objects ( eg: Books, Bags, Pens, Pencils) which are on a table close to you and with others on a table at the opposite end of the classroom. All students to perfom actions, by giving commands:

- katie, Fetch me that blue book.

Reinforcement:  These four words pattern with the " TH",Pronounce as /ð/ . play with patterns, by having students say this-that these-those in rapid succesion, then have them write the words large on paper, and when you say one of the four at random, they have to put their finger on the correct word.

I think this type of avtivity we develop attention and perception, beacuse we can get the attention of our students all the time, the students discuss these words with their partners. then we have perception in this activity beacuse students can understand and comprehend this type of activity and how to use it in the real life using these basic concepts in the english language.
